Shipping Policy

To keep things simple we offer flat-rate shipping within New Zealand for $20 per tower. Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery once dispatched. Unfortunately, to comply with Residential Work From Home Activity - section 5.6.1.5.9 set by the Wellington City Council, we can no longer offer local pickup. 

Returns Policy

We wholeheartedly believe in the Little Helper Tower, and think you'll absolutely love it too! However in the case you do change your mind, we offer a returns policy for items that are unopened in the original packaging, without being assembled or part-assembled. Simply contact us at hello@littlehelper.nz and return the tower within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, less any delivery costs to return it to us. We highly recommend sending returns back with a track and trace number so it won’t get lost in the mail. 

Faulty Products

Our towers are lovingly hand-finished with pride, which means we are usually able to catch any faults before it gets packaged up. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty tower or piece, please contact us at hello@littlehelper.nz, along with your order number and details and we will get this sorted out for you ASAP. 

Returns of faulty pieces or towers will only be accepted if the tower was faulty when delivered. Any tower or piece returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt. As our towers are hand-finished and we don’t always have finished towers on hand, we will replace a faulty item if/when a replacement is in stock. Returns of faulty towers/pieces must be done within 7 days of receipt.

Please do not assemble the tower (if not yet assembled), or if already assembled then please discontinue use of the Tower immediately until we have a chance to remedy the issue.
